SHIPPING POLICY
Estimated producing and shipping times for Print On Demand products:

For these Print On Demand products, it takes an average of 3 business days to setup, print and process. They may be produced as quick as 2 days or take as long as 7 days in rare cases.
Estimated Fulfillment time + Shipping time for T-Shirts, Mugs, Posters and Hats:
USA: 6-8 business days to receive the product in your mailbox
Canada: 8-13 business days to receive the product in your mailbox
World: 8-23 business days to receive the product in your mailbox (for non-EU locations, it usually takes extra long to receive your package)
The point of delivery is normally either on the west or east coast for North American deliveries and Riga, Latvia for European deliveries.
DVDs and Blu-Rays:

For DVDs and Blu-Rays, it takes an average of 1 business day to setup, print and process the product.

USA: 7-10 business days to receive the product in your mailbox
Canada: 7-10 business days to receive the product in your mailbox
UK: 1-3 business days to receive the product in your mailbox
Europe: 5-7 business days to receive the product in your mailbox
World: 7-10 business days to receive the product in your mailbox
The point of delivery is in the UK – so the closer you are, the faster you’ll get your product!
International shipping:
International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is
different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.
We do not take responsibility for customs fees.
Order never arrived:
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We’ll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.
We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming that your shipping address was correct and that you double checked with your local post office to locate the lost order.
If the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct
address, but it will have to be at your cost.
If tracking information states an order was delivered, but you don’t think you have received it, we won’t take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at refund@debtofmaximillian.com noting
your order number. We’ll see what can be done.
RETURNS POLICY
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Damaged items:
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged,
then please get in touch with us within a week’s time at refund@debtofmaximillian.com so we
can send you perfectly new item on our dime.
Wrong size:
If you’re unhappy with the size you’ve received, first check that the size stated on the garment
matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it’s possible that the garment was
mislabeled. Let us know and we’ll get you sorted out.

know what your next steps are.
Non-returnable items:
Downloadable products (i.e downloadable movie)
Streaming products (i.e. rental movie)
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable):
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
DVD or Blu-Ray that has been opened.
Book with obvious signs of use
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items (T-Shirts, Coffee Mugs, Posters and Hats) if they are defective or damaged.If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at refund@debtofmaximillian.com and send your item to:

Order cancellation of DVD and/or Blu-Ray packages:
Orders cancelled by the Customer are subject to cancellation charges up to the full price of the project.
Refusals regarding DVD and/or Blu-Ray packages:
We reserve the right to refuse any orders or any requests made by the Customer without explanations. All the orders already paid by the Customer will be refunded using either the same method as the payment was made with or if not possible by other available payment options.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
